Strongsville's SouthPark Mall, the newest enclosed mall in Cuyahoga County, was once a two-story farmhouse in a field. Twenty years later, it's still flourishing, thanks in part to nearby office workers, a growing Medina County population and a big-deal 2007 expansion.
