Now, a team of researchers at the University of California, Berkeley, wants to find out what East Bay hills residents would do in the event of wildfires -- as well as what they did during the October power shutoffs. The team has come up with a detailed, 92-page survey and is hoping that residents will fill complete it. Those taking the survey will be entered into a drawing for one of five $200 gift cards.
