Ptolemy XIV (59 BC-44 BC) was Pharaoh of Ptolemaic Egypt from 47 to 44 BC, succeeding Cleopatra and Ptolemy XIII and preceding Cleopatra and Caesarion. Ptolemy was the son of Pharaoh Ptolemy XII Auletes and the brother of Ptolemy XIII and Cleopatra, and he became a claimant to the throne following his father's death.
