Dutch Crunch Taste Off: Ike's vs. Mr. Pickle's

Dutch Crunch, that iconic Bay Area bread obsession, was first baked in Holland (funnily enough) and the Dutch call it "Tiger Bread." The name refers, of course, to the distinctive patterns created by painting the loaves with rice paste before baking.
