To clear up confusion, this screen was NEVER in the game. If you say that you saw that screen, then you probably saw the one with Freddy looking at the camera.

I believe I have found an explanation for the staring heads and the moving endoskeleton in the backroom of FNAF 1, and it's a LOT more simplistic than we thought it was.
