The Citizen 1 was a unique unit not spawned by a specific tower. It appeared during Trick or Threat Town on Wave 18 to support your towers. It stopped to attack an enemy when it detected one in its range. It was a melee unit, so it had short range. However, it dealt high damage and had a relatively high firerate. The Citizen 1 had tan skin. It had a beige shirt, brown legs and black shoes. It wore a dusty farmer cap. It wielded a pitchfork to attack enemies. The Citizen 1 spawns interchangeably
